Dreamteamtickets.com is a national independent ticket agency. We are not affiliated with Ticketmaster, Tickets.com, nextticketing, ticketron; nor do we have any affiliation with any artists, teams, venue, box office or promoters.

Ticket Prices
All tickets are listed as price per ticket in U.S. dollars. The majority of the tickets we offer are sold for more than the price printed on the ticket. We acquire our inventory through a variety of methods including, but not limited to, season ticket holders and individuals with extra tickets to an event. There is no direct relation to the price listed on our website and the price printed on the ticket. Prices on our website are listed at market value, which is generally greater than face value (the price printed on the ticket). Pricing can vary greatly from one event to another. The posted prices reflect the cost and difficulty of obtaining the tickets, supply and demand, as well as other conditions.

Refunds/Exchanges

All sales are final. Since tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order once it is submitted to us. If Dreamteamtickets.com cannot fill your order or if we are unable to find tickets equal or better than the original tickets purchased, we will cancel the charge or issue a full refund promptly.

Since we are not the venue or box office, tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged. Treat your tickets as if they were cash. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is cancelled. We are not responsible for postponed and/or rescheduled events. Original ticket purchase is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Cancelled Events
If an event is officially cancelled for any reason other than an act of nature (rain-out, earthquake, hurricane, flood, etc.), venue structural issues, war, fire, civil disturbance, any acts of government, customer inability to obtain transportation, terrorism, strike, lockout or other labor disputes, or incidents of national security, we will provide a refund of your tickets. Any shipping charges are not refundable if the tickets have already been shipped. All service and processing fees are not refundable, as the services for those fees have already been incurred.

In the case of a rainout or strike for a sporting event, no refunds will be made. You must exchange the tickets at the venue for a seat to a future game that is still available.

If an event is postponed, relocated, or rescheduled, the tickets will be honored for the new date of the show. New tickets will not need to be issued and no refunds or exchanges will be allowed.

Dreamteamtickets is acting only as a ticket broker or agent to facilitate the availability, sale, and delivery of the admission tickets to the event. Dreamteamtickets is not a promoter or manager of the event, and, therefore, assumes no responsibility or liability for the staging of the event.

Ticketfast Tickets/E-Tickets/Print At Home Tickets

Occasionally the tickets we sell will be in electronic form. They are the newest form of tickets called ticketFast or e-tickets. These are your actual tickets. They can be emailed to you and you will need to download the tickets and print them out.  They are valid and 100% legitimate tickets. Each ticket features a unique barcode that is scanned at the gate of the venue. Make sure you bring these tickets with you at the event. You will not be admitted without them. Present your ticket at the gate, the attendant will scan them and then you will be admitted.
